Well i am also very happy for that.
Oil conmpanes been here for years and pure electric car is exactly what we need for greener planet.
But we also need a way to deal with used batteries to recycle them way we create no more E-Waste.
To me all good.
If Xiaomi gets priced right in Europe it will be best selling car brand in Europe.
I would be more than happy to buy a fully packed SU7 Ultra or anything they made better than this one.
Looks like a dream car to me. In many way Rolls Royce been pinnacle of extreme luxury for a money not much could afford but this one will break all european sales records i am positive of it.

Unlike its car, Xiaomi began selling its first global phone in Southeast Asia back in 2014, followed by Europe in 2017–2018.

I thank you China. You destroyed European Car Cartel's and Oil Mafia's, perfectly. This is Great Job.

How is the eu tarrif wall defensive? All it does is allowing their car industry to continue becoming irrelevant because they are insulated by actual competition and their citizens poorer because their cars are artificially expensive (i.e. not where current tech is but at prices where tech was 30 and 40 years ago).
What are they doing? Are they mad. They should copy the Chinese just how the Chinese copied tesla, not put tarrif walls to save their failing car industry.
