83 percent of cars sold in Norway for tha past three months were electric.

Norway has one of the highest pet capita incomes in the world and is tiny. In less wealthy countries, it will take much longer and in countries who rely on tuktuks and motor bikes it will be decades, if ever. And they massively out number rich countries.
