They have their own display manufacturer(BOE), storage memory(YMTC), they also have a DRAM manufacture DRAM(CXMT), but couldn't find If they already started making DDR5, not sure about cameras, too lazy to check.
What they don't produce are SoC, which are from either Qualcomm or Mediatek and are made by TSMC or Samsung. Ok, they also produce their own SoCs(HiSilicon - Kirin) using SMIC, but they are not TOP class.
BTW Taiwan is officially called Republic of China. ;P

Just to clarify key iPhone components are NOT made in china, only final assembly. Samsung ran away from china years ago, and almost nothing in Samsung phones are chinese.
Also for chinese brand phones... key components are NOT made in china. Processors, cameras, transistors are from S. Korea, Japan, USA, Taiwan or Singapore. Not china.
