It just means it hasn't had to be used. If you are a U.S. citizen you used a law from the start of the country to post your opinion. You should look it up. Oldest document on the books written in 1787. Still valid today. It shouldn't be used to control a nation's outcome. But insure American products and interests are protected globally. I hope you don't want American citizens businesses and jobs to be effected, so you? If so. That's really screwed up. So I really hope not.

2 days before, I saw a video of Tesla autopilot and I would say it's not safe at all.

I won't be surprised if EU countries ban Tesla from Auto shows for "security" reasons.
