BYD overtakes Tesla in Europe as electric car sales reach new record

Chinese automaker BYD outsold Tesla in Europe for the first time in July, as a surge in electric car sales gave the continent's auto market its best month in over a year.

TBH it is not so surprising as Tesla is having a really hard time globally and especially in Europe.

1st VAG, 2nd BMW, 3rd DB, 4th Volvo, 5th Tesla (probably shortly to be dumped into 6th by BYD).
