Insters have a high number of ICCU module faults which would cost 3000eur to get it fixed out of warranty. Too bad for a ingenious little car.

To turn off audible warnings for speed limits in your Hyundai Inster, you will likely need to perform a shortcut by long-pressing the mute button on the steering wheel for about 2-3 seconds. This action should transition the system from audible warnings to a "quiet mode" where it still shows speed limit information on the display but does not make noise.

I had the privelege of driving a friend's Inster for about 30 minutes the other day. IMO it's the best electric car made so far. So much brilliant design in such a small package. Might go down as one of the best cars ever, period, eventually.

"no Hyundai logo on the steering wheel and just four LED dots. This is what Hyundai has been recently doing with no apparent reasoning"

There is a huge reason!! It is the "H" letter (Hyundai) in Morse code - 4 dots. It's a brilliant design choice, which is also useful as it shows the charging level, as you also mentioned.
