Sadly more recently, Tesla staff answer buyer questions with unrelated seller questions,- similar to some stealership experiences. Grok cannot happen fast enough.

Ok, joking aside, it's actually good that there's a study backed up with good data. Not that any amount of data could convince someone so far gone, of course.
