to everyone defending Tesla/pointing solely to the driver which is obviously also at fault, FSD was in fact active, shouldnt it brake even if the throttle was at 100% which is by the way controlled by a COMPUTER which in theory should SEE the obstacle and brake even if the throttle input by the driver was 100%? Isnt this the whole point of ADAS systems?

It's about time we go back to as manual as we can be, otherwise this generation will end up being incredibly stupid... and it would be everyone's mistake.

All this automation, connectivity and internal data and all, is causing privacy issues, technical issues, mistrust among parties, fear of driving, etc.
All I know is you can confirm one thing: The driver didn't want this accident for sure.
